CANCELLATION POLICY

 Cancellation, rescheduling and studio policies : * If you had permanent make up work done previously, please send photos before you book your appointments. * All deposits are non refundable. * Any cancellations or rescheduling requests that are done less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 30% of the procedure cost. * Same day, cancellation or no-shows will get charged 50% of the procedure cost. Please understand that we reserve time slots exclusively for our clients and are not able to fill those slots when we receive last minute cancellation/rescheduling requests. * If a client shows up more than 15 minutes late to their appointments, rescheduling will be necessary with a new deposit. Please understand that we are a studio that is open by appointment only and we make it a point to schedule our clients so we have enough time to complete our work without rushing before our next appointment. * Rescheduling for a touchup appointment must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment, otherwise, you forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be necessary to book a new time slot. Pre-care Instructions: * Avoid botox, fillers or any injections for a 1 month before your appointment. * No chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatment two weeks before your appointment. * Stop any skin care that has retinol ingredient at least one week before your procedure. * Do not wax, thread, or tint your brows one week before your appointment. * Do not consume any alcohol 48 hours prior your appointment. * Do not consume any caffeine the day of your appointment. * Do not take any aspirin, niacin, Ibuprofen, fish oil supplements or any blood thinners 24 hours prior your appointment. * Skip a workout and avoid sauna the day of your appointment. * We recommend that you wash your hair right before your appointment as you need to avoid getting your brows wet for several days. After care Instructions: * Sweating is not recommended for at least 7 days after the procedure. * Avoid working out, the sauna, steamy showers, and swimming until the area is healed and the scabs are completely gone. * Avoid excessive sun exposure. * Avoid chemical peels, Botox or any strong treatment to the face for 4 weeks after the procedure. * Avoid putting makeup on the brows or around them until there’re completely healed. * Avoid picking scabs or scratching the area to avoid uneven healed results. Permanent Makeup Services will not be performed on clients who… * Are under the age of 18 * Are pregnant or nursing * Have autoimmune diseases * Have had history of MRSA * Have hepatitis A,B,C or D * Are prone to easy bleeding/Hemophilia * Have cancer or are getting chemotherapy/ radiation treatment (unless is approved by the doctor) * Commonly react allergic to makeup and pigmentation.
